The Role - Taking calls from customers looking to discuss mobile phone products and contracts.

Pay - £7.69 paid weekly + monthly bonus. – On average an extra £300-£400 on average for meeting targets.

Contract - Temp with a view to becoming permanent.

Location – Preston, PR2 2DY Tulketh Mill

Hours - The role requires you to be fully flexible to work 40 hours across our opening hours which are 08:00 – 22.00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 – 20:00 Saturday & Sunday.

About the role
The role encompasses sales and delivering a world class customer service. You’ll be handling calls relating to new mobile phone contracts and upgrades.
The aim is to give all customers a great experience and advice while promoting our value-added services, such as our support team, insurance and accessories.

You’ll need a confident, enthusiastic and friendly telephone manner with a willingness to assist the customer with their sale. No experience is necessary, however, experience in a sales environment is preferred. We will give you all the training you need and the range of work we do means there’s lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.
